Description The Senior Security Operations Engineer is to follow a coherent and comprehensive suite of information security procedures to address those risks that are deemed unacceptable, and ensure the information security controls continue to meet the organization's needs on an ongoing basis. Responsibilities

  • Keep implemented security products up to date and tuned for peak performance within the client’s environment.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, payment card industry (PCI) standards, and international organization for standardization (ISO27001) standards; assesses local (LAN) and wide area network (WAN) environments security posture and topology, reviews security relevant documentation, and preparing papers discussing results of analysis to help protect and secure client’s data, infrastructure, and systems and educate stakeholders on possible threats.
  • Integrate and automate tasks with implemented security technologies using APIs and scripting technologies.

Requirements Education and Work Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field, or 10 years of IT experience without a degree.
  • 5+ years of working in an IT field required
  • 3+ years installing and implementing complex technologies.
  • 3+ years of experience with application/network/OS security products.
  • 1+ years working with APIs and workflow integration.
  • Unix and Windows services experience.
  • 7+ years of Information Security experience preferred.

 
Specific Knowledge and Skills

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Responsible for design, development, and support of Big Data solutions, APIs, tools, and processes to enable rapid delivery of business capabilities.
  2. Work closely with IT application teams, Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, Information Security, and LOB stakeholders to translate business and technical strategies into data-driven solutions.
  3. Act as a technical expert addressing problems related to system and application design, performance, integration, security, etc.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or equivalent combination of education and experience
  2. Must be able to communicate ideas both verbally and in writing to management, business and IT sponsors, and technical resources in language that is appropriate for each group.

Position Summary:

Position Overview:

Provide detailed analysis, design, tuning, testing, implementation and documentation of business application databases to support a network environment of clients interfacing with mainframe, Intranet/Internet and PC based applications.  Works with business team members to further enhance environment to meet operational objectives of the Association.  Collaboratively supports other business technology team members to help design, develop, and implement applications. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
 

  1. Provides technical and systems design expertise in the development of new and the maintenance of exiting databases.  Is proactive in providing suggestions in regards to product development, new services, technologies or enhancements which will assist the end user in improving overall service to our customers. Creates and maintains database standards and policies.
  2. Creates BI/Data Warehousing cube design and ETL Processes.
  3. Responsible for data warehouse design, development, testing, support and configuration. Responsible for documenting and updating procedures for change management.
  4. Coordinate new data warehouse development, ensuring consistency and integration with existing warehouse structure.
  5. Review business requests for data warehouse data and data warehouse usage, researches data sources for new and better data feeds.
  6. Must maintain strict quality control over data analysis and information delivery in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Assist in continuous improvement efforts in enhancing performance and providing increased functionality and supporting production systems based on business requirements.
  8. Administers key department reporting database applications. Develops reporting from multiple internal and external data sources to support.
  9. Works with developers to implement the logical database design in the physical environment.
  10. Coordinates the development, tuning and modification of stored procedures.
  11. Test, install and deploy all databases and stored procedures to production servers.
  12. Manage database security – application and user logins.
  13. Create SSIS/DTS ETL packages.
  14. Performance tuning – Assists developers in analyzing application architecture and application code; performs tuning at the query and index level, file structure and organization.
  15. Work in a cross-functional and team-oriented environment is a necessity.
  16. Develops analytical projects that economically and concisely address departmental needs.
  17. Performs other responsibilities as designed.

  
Education and Experience
Associate's degree in computer science, business or related field, and minimum three years’ relevant work experience supporting or developing database systems.  Good project management skills, oral and written communication skills, and analytical skills necessary.

Position Overview:
The Enterprise Software Architect will develop, maintain, communicate and promote a unified vision for the development of new applications incorporating a holistic view of our client’s information systems and technologies and support the business vision for the company. Provide design leadership and mentoring to team members involved in developing applications.  Provide guidance to the organization on the selection and implementation of third-party solutions as well as applications integration efforts. Stay abreast of evolving technologies and provide direction on how best to incorporate new technologies into our environment. Serve as a player/coach, leading the functional area responsible for Enterprise Architecture and User Experience Design though without any direct reports.

  • Take necessary steps to ensure our customers' needs are met to the maximum extent possible in an accurate and timely manner 
  • Design system architecture to support the needs of our business customers and strategy
  • Respond in a timely manner to business requests and questions
  • Define and lead the standard enterprise technology architecture objectives and set the associated policies, standards and guidelines
  • Serve as an application architect resource to all agile application development
  • Propose and champion architectural improvements and redesigns
  • Advocate best practices in software systems development 
  • Participate in IT infrastructure planning to support the architecture
  • Work closely with the database architects to define and maintain the data architecture for the enterprise.
  • Provide design leadership and mentoring to the team members (Lead Developers) involved in applications development
  • Work with business owners of the various systems/applications to ensure they understand the requirements of the architecture and the importance of sustainable technology solutions
  • Actively communicate the architectural roadmap including priorities, risks, and estimated costs to program leadership
  • Instill a participative work team environment; ensure team members are active and responsible team members; facilitate team development activities
  • Facilitate change and implementation of processes
  • Ensure major Association initiatives are implemented, standardized and adhered to
  • Create and maintain high level system architecture documentation
  • Work with project teams to create and revise necessary documentation as defined by the current development methodologies and standards, which includes high level design specifications and support documents
  • Review design documentation for projects and systems
  • Promote standards of development sufficient to yield highly maintainable, self-documenting systems
  • Work with agile application development team members to ensure compliance with the development architecture, coding standards and security standards
  • Ensure that development architecture supports testability, when necessary; work with application development team members to ensure that applications are testable and properly tested prior to deployment to production

 
 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Technical Management, Engineering, Computer Science or related disciplines
  • Typical incumbent would have 10 or more years of experience in developing systems using Microsoft technologies
  • Previous technical leadership experience preferred
  • Previous experience as an enterprise architect with an understanding of strategic technology planning, and a proven track record of architecting scalable, highly available enterprise system solutions is desired

Position Overview:
The Salesforce Systems Administrator will provide front-line support to 700+ users perform regular database maintenance, and serve as a project resource responsible for independently managing SFDC implementation projects from kickoff to completion.

  • Manage inbound support requests from internal user base
  • Create and lead an internal SFDC super user group consisting of ongoing education, delegated system support, and evangelizing the force.com platform
  • Lead process discovery meetings for new projects

  • SFDC solution engineering

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working as a full-time SFDC admin, consultant, and/or project manager
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with the force.com platform
  • Certified SFDC Admin REQUIRED
  • Certified SFDC Developer 401 or Platform App Builder REQUIRED
  • Extremely strong written and oral communication and presentation/training skills REQUIRED (examples of business and technical writing skills related to SFDC will be requested)

Position Summary:
The Senior Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of software applications.  The analyst will work closely with business analysts, project managers, developers, and database administrators to develop testing scenarios based on stakeholder requirements.  Additionally, the analyst will work with users to scrutinize existing applications in search for bugs and potential areas of improvement.  Lastly, the analyst will be responsible for helping to communicate IT enhancements.
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manages quality assurance projects to ensure products are tested and validated based on customer needs and requirements
  • Leads testing efforts including planning, scheduling, and communication of test activities throughout the test life cycle
  • Develop test estimates, test plans and test cases based on thorough research and analysis of test requirements
  • Support, communicate and enforce Testing & Validation operational procedures
  • Serve as a resource to other quality analysts with regards to testing processes, standards, and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Experience with automated testing and direct hands-on experience with automated testing tools required, prefer experience with Gherkin, Cucumber, Spec Flow, and/or Selenium
  • Experience with test management and defect tracking tools
  • Experience with test design, creation, execution, and reporting of manual test cases
  • Strong experience with back-end database testing
  • Some experience with service oriented architecture (SOA) testing
  • Some experience with mobile testing preferred

Position Summary:
The Applications Specialist will perform a number of application administration, support and use training, and development tasks as necessary, and the project management of enhancement or change request to various applications. The position will provide Tier II/III support for application layer support issues, and will own application oriented projects from custom report building, SQL development, integration points, data connectors, application administration and security management, and more.
 
Select Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the IT team, the application specialist will lead and complete activities involved in the design, development and system analysis functions required to administer the company's CRM and Great Plains Systems
  • Accountable for a wide range of application related activities including but not limited to: user security administration and licensing management, custom integration point development/management, SQL database administration, analyzing existing and potential applications to advance process improvement for end users and achieve organizational goals
  • Management of application layer vendors, contractors, developers
  • Database Data Connection implementation and oversight for third-party data collection utilizing EDI and or ETL technologies
  • Custom report writing and automation scheduling using SSRS, etc.
  • Will conduct meetings with users, understand their pain points, and work to develop a plan to resolve issues and advance organizational goals
  • Researches and test Enterprise Software with OS, critical updates, and service packs for compatibility issues
  • Maintains detailed documentation of application customizations and integration points
  • Installs new software releases, system upgrades, evaluates and installs patches and resolves software related problems for desktops and laptops
  • A member of the Disaster Recovery team in the updating, testing and use of a DR scenario

 
Qualifications & Background:

  • Minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 3 years application/development experience, evaluating and documenting system requirements to meet business needs, meeting with stakeholders, building consensus, etc.
  • Experienced working with various applications and development technologies: SQL Server administration, Stored Procedure development, EDI/ETL, HTML, MS Access, .NET, etc.
  • Ability to think logically for interpreting and analyzing problems assigned or encountered
  • Experience evaluating business functions and requirements, documenting and designing workflows and solutions.
  • Strong time management skills, organization, negotiation, and analytical skills
