CLICK IT is seeking a Security Analyst for a CTH position in the Cincinnati areaThe Security Analyst will be responsible for the maintenance and health of the organizations Active Directory. The ideal candidate will process user access requests for multiple applications and systems while adhering to the company's security Standards and Policies on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will participate in a 24×7 on call rotation for after-hour support for security incidents, upgrades, or outages. The selected individual will work with other teams to ensure security best practices are utilized against the company's wide access control process. In addition, the candidate will participate on audit against critical systems as related to SOX guidelines.

Roles and Responsibilities 

1. Daily duties:

a.        Supports and maintains Active Directory and Identity Access Management tools

b.        Completes a variety of ticket requests and works with other teams to provide exceptional customer service to end users

c.         Processes user access requests for a variety of applications and systems while adhering to the company’s Security Standards and Baselines

d.        Troubleshoots user and application access issues in our 24×7 enterprise environment

e.        Performs ongoing maintenance and upgrades against in scope systems and related infrastructure

f.          Automates repeatable daily tasks

2. Participates in a weekly on-call rotation

3. Provides after-hours support for security incidents, system implementations, upgrades and outages

4. Works with Windows Server and Database Administrators to ensure least privilege access is granted to users and service accounts

5. Utilizes current information security best practices to optimize the management and maintenance of the company-wide access control processes

6. Participates in semiannual audits on critical systems to

a.  Determine access is appropriate using SOX guidelines

b.  Work with internal audit teams and provide data when requested

7. Create, modify and maintain new and existing documentation

8. Complete other tasks and projects assigned by the manager

Essential Skills (Required)        

  1. Must have hands-on experience with administration of Microsoft Active Directory and be able to search event logs to troubleshoot problems 
  2. Working knowledge of Group Policy Administration and LDAP 
  3. Must have knowledge of enterprise versions of Windows server and workstation operating systems to troubleshoot core services such as authentication issues and/or application performance issues 
  4. Must be comfortable using command line tools and have familiarity with PowerShell 
  5. Ability to work independently, manage multiple concurrent requests and maintain a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality 
  6. Basic understanding of SOX requirements 

  

Preferred Skills

JOB SUMMARY

·        Strong JEE and SOA Experience required

·        Application Integration experience  

·        EAP, WebSphere and Tomcat experience is preferred  

·        Experience with Cloud Technologies such as Open Shift, AWS etc.

CLICK IT is seeking several Sr Digital Product & Channel Manager for direct hire positions in the Cincinnati area.  The individual in this role sets the overall strategic direction for a digital channel or products and follows-through with the execution of that strategy. This senior manager must have deep digital experience and significant Product Management experience. Channel management includes mobile apps, browser, and future channels such as wearables and Internet of Things (IoT). Product management encompasses digital sales/account opening, authentication, account information, money movement, self-service and related. The Senior Digital Product or Channel Manager must champion key initiatives, appropriately gaining buy-in from key constituents including IT, Line of Business, key control functions and the like. Individual is fully responsible and accountable for the performance of his product or channel including customer adoption and feedback.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

·        Develop channel and/or product strategy, related roadmaps and manage execution of initiatives to support the strategy. 

·        Lead ongoing digital services awareness and adoption efforts. 

·        Active vendor management including but not limited to vendor selection, relationship development, pricing terms, SLA management and ongoing vendor relationship management.  

·        Represents and acts as the subject matter expert for online and mobile banking activities for the channel and services provided within the channel. 

·        Identifies and anticipates emerging technology, customer insights, industry trends and overall customer behavior trends to ensure online and mobile offerings are world class to maintain channel and product relevance. 

·        Act as business lead on product development initiatives with responsibility for Voice of the Customer, business requirements definition, user flow design, user experience and providing subject matter expertise as needed across all Lines of Business. 

·        Collaborate and work with cross functional business partners (including Marketing, IT, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and others) to develop products and channel solutions that meet consumer and business needs.

·        Ability to clearly define operational risks associated with Digital Delivery initiatives and articulates the impact to the customer and respective lines of business.

 

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for providing employees timely, candid and constructive performance feedback; developing employees to their fullest potential; developing the appropriate talent pool to ensure adequate bench strength and succession planning; recognizing and rewarding employees for accomplishments. Assist in the development of appropriate talent pool to ensure adequate bench strength and succession planning.

 

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

.   Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred

.   7+ years digital product/channel management; 5+ years general product management experience
