Position Summary:

Under the direction of the Application Development Manager and with the collaboration of the Scrum Team, the Software Developer(s) will design and develop application programs to provide business solutions primarily for internal-facing customers. CLICK IT is seeking a Directory Services Engineer (LDAP/AD/Azure) for a contract to hire position in the Cincinnati area. As a member of an agile squad in the Digital organization, the individual will be working Digital product owners to enable the best security solutions in the Identity Management space, including identity stores (LDAP, Active Directory, Azure AD, etc.), identity providers (Ping Identity products), and multifactor authentication systems. Individual will also be responsible for various aspects of infrastructure management including implementation, maintenance, performance monitoring, and capacity planning, troubleshooting, support, of identity systems.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Function as a technical expert for directory services: LDAP (UnboundID Directory/Ping Directory), Active Directory, Ping DataGoverance, and Azure AD.

• Develop, maintain, and execute processes and procedures in support of routine administrative tasks.

• Assist in capacity planning and performance management of supported services/technologies.

• Define and maintain appropriate controls and documentation ensuring compliance with regulatory and audit requirements.

Minimum Skills & Experience

•  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or comparable experience.

•  5+ years of experience administering Microsoft Active Directory Windows-based security models, Azure AD, and Kerberos KDC (Key Distribution Center) which provides Authentication Service (AS) and Ticket-Granting Service (TGS)

•  Working experience in LDAP, SAML, OAuth, 2FA is a plus.

•  Experience with SCIM provisioning via REST API

• Experience configuring systems to integrate with identity stores

• Experience with administration and operations of production systems in a large scale environment.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience with RSA Authentication Manager (SecurID) or other multi-factor authentication methods a plus.

  3. Must have knowledge of enterprise versions of Windows server and workstation operating systems to troubleshoot core services such as authentication issues and/or application performance issues 
  4. Must be comfortable using command line tools and have familiarity with PowerShell

·        EAP, WebSphere and Tomcat experience is preferred

CLICK IT is seeking several Digital Product & Channel Manager for direct hire positions in the Cincinnati area.  The Digital Product and Channel Manager will be responsible for: 1) collaborating with design, technology, and analytics partners to manage new features from ideation through production release in Agile development, 2) ensuring key metrics are being met, and 3) pushing boundaries to introduce new and innovative digital solutions to build trust and exceed customer expectations. Will work closely with line of business partners to understand business goals and objectives and ensure our efforts are adding business and customer value.

Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Bank's risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

·        Driving the strategy and roadmap to improve your digital product experiences across mobile apps and browser 

·        Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy. 

·        Collaborating with Agile Scrum team on all new feature development, including building backlog, contributing to/reviewing/approving user stories, sprint support, and QA testing; including participating in agile team ceremonies such as sprint reviews/demos. 

·        Engaging with research team to define and implement customer usability testing, concept validation, and co-creation studies to gain insights and identify customer needs and solutions.

·        Partnering with design and user experience colleagues to ensure an intuitive customer-research led UX/UI that meets customer needs

·        Lead and manage cross-functional teams to get buy-in/approval/guidance, including lines of business, operations, legal, compliance, information security, fraud, and related functions

·        Track and monitor key performance indicators 

·        Establish annual goals and objectives for products 

·        Provide transparency and ongoing communications with line of business partners/key stakeholders

·        Maintain and provide product information to Servicing partners for contact center training documentation

·        Actively monitor industry trends; participate in industry forums, professional associations, conferences, etc.

 

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for providing employees timely, candid and constructive performance feedback; developing employees to their fullest potential; developing the appropriate talent pool to ensure adequate bench strength and succession planning; recognizing and rewarding employees for accomplishments. Assist in the development of appropriate talent pool to ensure adequate bench strength and succession planning.

 

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

·        Bachelor's Degree required

·        5- 7years of related experience

·        Demonstrated success in strategic development and program execution with Consumer and Business banking digital products 

·        Solid digital product management background 

·        Experience working in Agile development preferred 

·        Ability to have fun and a willingness to try new things and challenge the status quo 

·        Effortlessly collaborative with strong intellectual curiosity and creative problem solving

·        Strong analytical skills with ability to work through complex concepts/data and present well thought-out, simple solutions 

·        Ability to self-motivate and work well independently and with different teams
