Looking for a passionate, energetic Technical Recruiter to join us! This individual will creatively find, recruit, and hire top-tier IT talent for our growing company.  This energetic person will perform full life cycle talent acquisition to include: networking, sourcing, qualifying, interviewing and negotiating offers.

The IT recruiter needs to:

  • Be self -motivated and determined to uncover the “best” candidate for the position
  • Execute full life cycle recruiting including but not limited to various technical skill sets focusing on web developers, graphic designers, software engineers and search engine marketers.
  • Be self-driven with a strong desire to win
  • Have a reputation for not giving up and the ability to close hard-to-fill positions
  • Be enthusiastic, energetic, passionate, and charismatic with a positive “can do” attitude
  • Show flexibility and adjust quickly to new priorities and new approaches.
  • Exhibit willingness and eagerness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates through Internet searches, job boards, cold calling, networks, and referrals
  • Thoroughly evaluate candidates to validate experience against job requirements and verify required skill sets are demonstrated within candidate portfolios
  • Negotiate compensation and other employment terms with candidates
  • Good understanding of web-based technology and/or search engine marketing a plus
  • Knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components; including: sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, job analysis, relationship management, interviewing, references, closing and due diligence in the IT industry
  • Developing, implementing and championing creative “out-of-the-box” recruiting strategies a plus
  • Must be able to hit the ground running and work with minimal supervision, after initial training period
  • Demonstrated track record of identifying candidates from a variety of different sources
  • Minimum of 2-3 years recruiting technical candidates in a variety of technology areas
  • Ability to thrive under pressure, in a high performance, fast paced, with a strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional telephone, interviewing, and relationship building skills, and the ability to close offers
  • Must be able to successfully handle a high volume of requisitions concurrently
